Provides practice based coaching for Head Start/ Early Head Start teachers, Teacher Assistants, Home Based Visitors and Family Child Care Providers. Under general supervision, coordinates and implements or facilitates family development, community development, parent involvement, staff development for Early Head Start and Head Start Services. Provides comprehensive services to strengthen and support family relationships, and provides links to community resources. Integrates all program service areas into family and community engagement. May provide training and mentorship to Family Support Worker staff.

Under the direction of the Center Director, supports the daily operations of the early childhood education center. Ensures a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children by supporting staff, implementing curriculum, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Starting Pay Range: $29 - 32.93/hr.

Responsible for supporting continuous quality oversight and improvement initiatives within the CDS programs. Ensures the implementation of consistent policies and procedures in alignment with California and Federal regulatory requirements and the terms and conditions of funders. Works closely with various teams to enhance program quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across Head Start, state preschool, and other funded programs. Manages and supervises a small staff, and is accountable for their performance and conduct.
Starting Pay Range: $100k - 109k/yr
