Under limited supervision, Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables through prioritized flexible self-service analysis, governed data on trusted platforms, empowered business users, and speed to insight. Responsible for the coordination of personnel and resources required for successful support and expansion of ESSC EDW which includes team development, driving report standardization across the organization and continued growth of the dataset. Oversees the development of executive dashboards and reports utilizing a standardized approach to capture KPI and other business measurements as directed by leadership.   Pay range:$100k-120k/yr

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: The Social Media and Online Community Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth of Easterseals Southern California's organic online presence, including the elevation of relations with audiences both inside and outside the disability community, via the development and execution of creative, accessible, and effective social media strategies and content; timely, informational, and clever audience engagement across various social media platforms; Social SEO, and social media partnerships.   Hiring Range: $70k - $90k / yr.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:   Easterseals Southern California is seeking an expert in paid media to partner with our digital marketing, graphic design, and video production teams to produce and promote our content, drive exposure to our brand and services, and increase online donations across all platforms.  Whether via search or display, from Google and YouTube to LinkedIn; from Meta to X, the person in this position will be a strategist and hands-on executioner, who is able to share results with savvy and engaging reports that grab eyeballs at all levels of the organization. Identifying keywords and locating the appropriate target audiences in SoCal is your wheelhouse, and knowledge of the developmental disability community or autism community is a major plus.   Hiring Range: $75k - $95k / yr.

With significant focus on accessibility, the VP, Learning & Organization Development will lead implementation of an associate-centric learning and organization development function, while serving as a senior leader for organization-wide change management and the creation of an effective, strategic succession planning process.   The VP, Learning & Organization Development will leverage data and analytics to guide strategy, assess ROI for programs and investments, evaluate trends, support decisions, and share results.
