In support of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Assessments function manages a team of clinical professionals and provides oversight of the day to day activities of designated team. Ensures service provided to participants is in accordance with clinical guidelines, organizational standards, funding sources and contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. Maintains effective communication and close collaboration with the Intake and behavioral services departments, referral/funding sources, and families served; and with other internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure streamlined workflows, high quality services, timely communications, continuous improvement efforts, and achievement of department goals  and productivity requirements. The Behavior Consultant will be the specialist providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities, complex needs, and comorbidity using a consultative model in supporting them in residential and other settings.  The Behavior Consultant will be under the direct supervision of the Director of Consultation Services and serve as the primary contact for anything related to the assigned clients’ behavioral needs, including creating, delivering, and maintaining treatment plan designs, interventions, documentation, and staff/ parent trainings.    Starting pay ranges from $78,000/yr to $88,000/yr

Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today!
