Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), provides program management and executes changes in program. Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities.  Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for monitoring, overseeing general health and wellbeing of individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Must be willing to travel to 3 locations in the surrounding areas. Will provide training to program associates on health issues and makes necessary recommendations for reporting purposes.     5-10 hours per week   Pay $45-$50/hr.

Under limited supervision, this position provides quality and program management, and provides clinical supervision and work direction to Program Managers and Interventionists. The Regional Trainer also provides discipline-specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). In support of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Assessments function manages a team of clinical professionals and provides oversight of the day to day activities of designated team. Ensures service provided to participants is in accordance with clinical guidelines, organizational standards, funding sources and contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
