Provides development, leadership, and oversight for project managers,  solution consultants  and test analysts within  ESSC's Project Management Office . Manages a diverse portfolio of projects across ESSC, and day-to-day operational aspects of the PM office, ESSC Finance, and staff. Has responsibility for standardizing execution of projects, providing guidance on practice and application of project management, solution consulting, testing and ensuring successful execution of projects and programs through effective facilitation, tracking, and reporting consistent with project objectives and ESSC's strategic plan.   Salary range:  $110k - $140k

Under moderate supervision, provides project management oversight and direction to ensure overall success of an assigned number of initiatives by developing appropriate project implementation plans to include but not limited to scope, goals, scheduling and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management. Plans, schedules and tracks project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools. Estimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and determines the need  Ensures projects/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Assures compliance of projects and solutions with applicable standards and regulations, internal and external to the organization.   Salary range: $74k - $92k

Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), provides program management and executes changes in program. Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities.  Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.   Starting pay ranges from $66,560.09 - $69,000.00.

Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today!
