OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports, providing discipline-specific treatment for individuals with severe challenging behaviors diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, developmental disabilities and/or other diagnosis. Oversees all components of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring high quality services for participants and the use of best-practice guidelines, for own caseload and of assigned regions.   Apply Today! Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today! Our BCBA Clinical Specialists (called ‘Navigators’ internally) are behavior consultants that look to affect behavior change in systems. This role is for a BCBA looking to expand and grow as a clinician, working with a wide range of age group, diagnoses, and systems.We provide training and hands-on support for all the new learnings/ experiences you will need.
