OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides discipline-specific treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including evaluation, planning, documentation and professional communication. Develops and monitors individualized goals and plans as identified in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) in conjunction with other programs as needed.   Salary $93k-100k (based on years of experience)    

Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Director of Severe Behavior Services), provides specialized behavior intervention services to individuals with severe challenging behaviors diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, developmental disabilities and/or diagnosis; supervises direct reports, and provides program management for assigned region/team in coordination with the BCBA. Ensures high quality services for participants and that all treatment provided follows protocols established and approved by ESSC. Provides development, leadership, and oversight for project managers,  solution consultants  and test analysts within  ESSC's Project Management Office . Manages a diverse portfolio of projects across ESSC, and day-to-day operational aspects of the PM office, ESSC Finance, and staff. Has responsibility for standardizing execution of projects, providing guidance on practice and application of project management, solution consulting, testing and ensuring successful execution of projects and programs through effective facilitation, tracking, and reporting consistent with project objectives and ESSC's strategic plan.   Salary range:  $110k - $140k
