Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today! OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides discipline-specific treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including evaluation, planning, documentation and professional communication. Develops and monitors individualized goals and plans as identified in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) in conjunction with other programs as needed.   Compensation $93k-100k (based on years of experience)

Under general supervision, coordinates and implements or facilitates family development, community development, parent involvement, staff development for Early Head Start and Head Start Services. Provides comprehensive services to strengthen and support family relationships, and provides links to community resources. Integrates all program service areas into family and community engagement. May provide training and mentorship to Family Support Worker staff.
