Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), provides program management and executes changes in program. Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities.  Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.   Starting pay ranges $69,000.00.

At ESSC, you’ll join a team of caring colleagues who support each other, encourage collaboration and refine clinical skills to benefit the participants we serve.  

Under general supervision, provides behavioral interventions to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder and/or other related disabilities through planned interventions; these may include discrete trials, antecedent and consequence modifications, and planned and intermittent reinforcement. Teaches both diagnosed individuals as well as their caregivers strategies to increase skills and decrease behavior excesses. The position is located in a residential setting where you will be working with adults with disabilities and providing personal care duties as needed.
