OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Provides discipline-specific treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including evaluation, planning, documentation and professional communication. Develops and monitors individualized goals and plans as identified in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) in conjunction with other programs as needed.
Compensation $93k-100k (based on years of experience)

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Designed for services provided at the Intensive Treatment Center with individuals with severe needs. Requires behavior interventionists with extensive experience working with individuals with autism and severe challenging behavior, or have exemplary performance providing ABA treatment. Provides services in the Center, home, or community, as needed, and often at a 2:1 staff-to-participant ratio. May serve individuals with autism to address a range of severe needs, such as problem behavior, skill acquisition, feeding, toileting, etc. Provides coaching, support, and guidance to the parent/guardian/caregiver in implementing treatment plans. Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.
