Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). OVERVIEW OF POSITION:   Under general direction, assists in the development and delivery of training materials. Assits with onboarding and training new Social Skills associates, as well as ongoing training support for existing teams. Ensures that the Social Skills Department associates are adequately trained and that all clinical and administrative duties are implemented to meet established standards and expectations.
