Welcome retired LVN's and recent LVN college graduates!  Great opportunity to work with a small case load (no more than #5 adults) with the opportunity to provide services and develop friendships as you continue in your career.   Monitors and oversees general health, medical issues and wellbeing of program participants. The LVN also delivers nursing care to consumers as appropriate within the scope of the program. Under general supervision, facilitates and ensures effective communication among all support staff members. Coordinates all services that ensure health and safety and promotes self-advocacy skills resulting in successful outcomes for the individuals we support. Coordinates and conducts all monthly team meetings between providers and regional centers. Communicates appropriately on a regular basis in various forms with the Regional Center. Position will be working in the Los Angeles Metro and surrounding areas.  Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.   Pay: $22-$23/hour

Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today! OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides discipline-specific treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including evaluation, planning, documentation and professional communication. Develops and monitors individualized goals and plans as identified in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) in conjunction with other programs as needed.   Compensation $93k-100k (based on years of experience)
