OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Under limited supervision, the Compliance Auditor conducts routine audits to ensure the accuracy of coding and the sufficiency of associated provider documentation, maintaining best practice compliance standards. The auditor performs on-site and off-site pre- or post-charge audits on participant accounts to determine coding accuracy. Additionally, the auditor reviews files and charts in clinics to ensure the healthcare facility complies with standards established by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), as well as federal Medicare/Medicaid programs, state programs, and the facility's established criteria.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports, providing discipline-specific treatment for individuals with severe challenging behaviors diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, developmental disabilities and/or other diagnosis. Oversees all components of the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, ensuring high quality services for participants and the use of best-practice guidelines, for own caseload and of assigned regions.   Apply Today! Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Director of Severe Behavior Services), provides specialized behavior intervention services to individuals with severe challenging behaviors diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, developmental disabilities and/or diagnosis; supervises direct reports, and provides program management for assigned region/team in coordination with the BCBA. OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Designed for services provided at the Intensive Treatment Center with individuals with severe needs. Requires behavior interventionists with extensive experience working with individuals with autism and severe challenging behavior, or have exemplary performance providing ABA treatment. Provides services in the Center, home, or community, as needed, and often at a 2:1 staff-to-participant ratio. OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Supports the Therapy Services team to ensure consistency of clinical quality and service delivery by creating, maintaining and updating workflows, training resources, clinical competencies and IOAs, audit preparation, and direct training of staff. Collaborates with Therapy Supervisors, Administrative Assistants, CSDs, CQA Team,EHR analysts, ABA Team as needed. Travels to all internal therapy centers on a routine basis for training, and Network Partners as needed.
