Position will require a minimum of 3 shifts per week with potential for more!
Accountable for the EHS CC Partnership agencies to be in full compliance with allCalifornia and Federal regulatory requirements. Responsible for buildinga culture that embraces compliance and data informed analytics as the basis forinforming continuous quality improvements. Manages the contract processand delivery of subcontracted services. Develops short and long termplans and serves on the leadership team lead by the Area Director for North SanDiego County. Provides direction of day-to-day operations for thecontracted agencies.
Starting Pay Range: 85k - 97k/yr
Under general supervision, facilitates and ensures effective communication among all support staff members. Coordinates all services that ensure health and safety and promotes self-advocacy skills resulting in successful outcomes for the individuals we support. Coordinates and conducts all monthly team meetings between providers and regional centers. Communicates appropriately on a regular basis in various forms with the Regional Center. Position will be working in the Whittier, East Los Angeles and Montebello areas. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking.
Position is Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Here’s Why You Should Work With...
Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), provides program management and executes changes in program. Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities. Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.
