Our BCBA Clinical Specialists (called ‘Navigators’ internally) are behavior consultants that look to affect behavior change in systems. This role is for a BCBA looking to expand and grow as a clinician, working with a wide range of age group, diagnoses, and systems.We provide training and hands-on support for all the new learnings/ experiences you will need. Provides leadership to Easterseals' Vendor Management and Procurement strategy and execution. Oversees the procurement process from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining quality standards. Collaborates with leaders and internal stakeholders across all service lines to ensure that the management of vendors is executed consistently and efficiently. Employ strategies to improve vendor performance and decrease cost and risk within vendor relationships.   Hiring Range: $150K - $160K

Under general supervision, this position provides quality, program management, and assists the Clinical Supervisor by providing work direction to Program Managers and Interventionists, in addition to clinical supervision.
