OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Designed for services provided at the Intensive Treatment Center with individuals with severe needs. Requires behavior interventionists with extensive experience working with individuals with autism and severe challenging behavior, or have exemplary performance providing ABA treatment. Provides services in the Center, home, or community, as needed, and often at a 2:1 staff-to-participant ratio. Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), provides program management and executes changes in program. Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities. Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.

- Have more freedom in choosing your cases to work on
- Enjoy the flexibility of creating/setting up your own schedule

Welcome retired LVN's and recent LVN college graduates! Great opportunity to work with a small case load (no more than #5 adults) with the opportunity to provide services and develop friendships as you continue in your career.
Monitors and oversees general health, medical issues and wellbeing of program participants. The LVN also delivers nursing care to consumers as appropriate within the scope of the program. Trains program associates on health issues that relate to the program participants.
