OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Supports the Therapy Services team to ensure consistency of clinical quality and service delivery by creating, maintaining and updating workflows, training resources, clinical competencies and IOAs, audit preparation, and direct training of staff. Collaborates with Therapy Supervisors, Administrative Assistants, CSDs, CQA Team,EHR analysts, ABA Team as needed. Travels to all internal therapy centers on a routine basis for training, and Network Partners as needed. Provides direct therapy services to maintain a monthly productivity requirement of 25%.   Pay: $97-110k salary

Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today! Program Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the services to ensure proper service delivery to the people we support and compliance with program design. OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Designed for services provided at the Intensive Treatment Center with individuals with severe needs. Requires behavior interventionists with extensive experience working with individuals with autism and severe challenging behavior, or have exemplary performance providing ABA treatment. Provides services in the Center, home, or community, as needed, and often at a 2:1 staff-to-participant ratio. May serve individuals with autism to address a range of severe needs, such as problem behavior, skill acquisition, feeding, toileting, etc. Provides coaching, support, and guidance to the parent/guardian/caregiver in implementing treatment plans. Under direct supervision, provides instruction within a social skills group; collaborates with the Social Skills Lead in trial exposures; and monitors progress of participants. Contributes to regular lesson planning; writes session notes; and provides training to caregivers and Behavior Interventionists. Analyzes and adjusts treatment plans; generates goals designed to improve social deficits and teach self-regulation of problem behavior.
