As our Mental Health and Disabilities Specialist, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure every child - especially those with identified disabilities - receives the support they need to thrive in our Early Head Start, Head Start, and Department of Education programs.

Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today! Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), provides program management and executes changes in program. Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities.  Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.   Starting pay ranges $69,000.00.

Under general direction, conducts research and analytical studies of Child Development Services operations and programs; recommends and implements improvements, potentially resulting in new or revised policies, procedures, systems, or programs. Responsible for ensuring the child & family data systems and procedures efficiently and accurately collect, track, and report required information for compliance; responsible to provide and arrange data systems training for staff as needed and serve as software systems administrator/liaison for the service line; responsible for meeting Head Start performance standards and following service line policies and procedures.
