The Life Skills Coach plans and conducts daily activities at the home of our participants that have special needs or disabilities. We facilitate individual learning experiences that assist in the development of the participants’ living skills, build independency, and encourage integration with the communit. We work on goals that are consistent with the objectives identified in our participants Individual Service Plan (ISP)/Individual Program Plan (IPP), and with the program design.
Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.

Under general supervision, provides behavioral interventions to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder and/or other related disabilities through planned interventions; these may include discrete trials, antecedent and consequence modifications, and planned and intermittent reinforcement. Teaches both diagnosed individuals as well as their caregivers strategies to increase skills and decrease behavior excesses. The position is located in a residential setting where you will be working with adults with disabilities and providing personal care duties as needed.
Accountable for the EHS CC Partnership agencies to be in full compliance with allCalifornia and Federal regulatory requirements. Responsible for buildinga culture that embraces compliance and data informed analytics as the basis forinforming continuous quality improvements. Manages the contract processand delivery of subcontracted services. Develops short and long termplans and serves on the leadership team lead by the Area Director for North SanDiego County. Under general supervision, facilitates and ensures effective communication among all support staff members. Coordinates all services that ensure health and safety and promotes self-advocacy skills resulting in successful outcomes for the individuals we support. Coordinates and conducts all monthly team meetings between providers and regional centers. Communicates appropriately on a regular basis in various forms with the Regional Center. Must have current ARF certification plus 2 years experience working within a residential setting.
Oversees operation of 24 hour Residential Facility (s) through planning, organizing and directing all aspects of residential services including supervision of residents. Ensures proper delivery of person-centered, age-appropriate services to residents as well as compliance with residential program design. Will support two locations; La Habra and Tustin.
