Under limited direction, performs a variety of general administrative support activities for the efficient operation of assigned office. Serves as primary point of contact for matters related to the center. Facilitate office operations through the coordination of phones, mail, supplies, equipment and support.   Compensation: $23 per hour Hours: 9-5    

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides discipline-specific treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including evaluation, planning, documentation and professional communication. Develops and monitors individualized goals and plans as identified in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) in conjunction with other programs as needed.   Compensation $93k-100k (based on years of experience)

Our BCBA Clinical Specialists (called ‘Navigators’ internally) are behavior consultants that look to affect behavior change in systems. This role is for a BCBA looking to expand and grow as a clinician, working with a wide range of age group, diagnoses, and systems.We provide training and hands-on support for all the new learnings/ experiences you will need. There is no oversight of BI’s/ BT’s in this role.    What’s most interesting about this role? -

Under general supervision, coordinates and implements or facilitates family development, community development, parent involvement, staff development for Early Head Start and Head Start Services. Provides comprehensive services to strengthen and support family relationships, and provides links to community resources. Integrates all program service areas into family and community engagement. May provide training and mentorship to Family Support Worker staff.  

Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Regional Clinical Director), provides program management and executes changes in program. Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities.  Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.   Starting pay ranges from $68,640.00.
