Under general supervision, coordinates and implements or facilitates family development, community development, parent involvement, staff development for Early Head Start and Head Start Services. Provides comprehensive services to strengthen and support family relationships, and provides links to community resources. Integrates all program service areas into family and community engagement. May provide training and mentorship to Family Support Worker staff.  

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Under direct supervision, supports families in navigating resources to access delivery of services within ESSC and related outside organizations. Increase consistency in customer experiences across service lines and regions in Southern California. Assist in measuring key performance indicators on internal and external customer experience. Coordinates with internal and external teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers. Under direct supervision, serves as a primary point-of-contact for intake related services to associates, participants, funding sources, billing department, and regional centers. Provides customer support to participants and their families who are receiving services. Maintains accurate participant information in databases for scheduling of treatment and billing of autism services.   Work Schedule: 9:30am - 6pm Monday through Friday   Pay Range: $22.12 per hour.

Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities.  Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.
