Under general direction, review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training; assure the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring development of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum disorder.   Apply today! Provides practice based coaching for Head Start/ Early Head Start teachers, Teacher Assistants, Home Based Visitors and Family Child Care Providers. Conducts observations, models, provides feedback, discusses analysis of child outcomes data and provides coaching/mentoring for teaching staff to improve teacher-child interactions and child outcomes toward school readiness.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: Provides discipline-specific treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), including evaluation, planning, documentation and professional communication. Develops and monitors individualized goals and plans as identified in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) in conjunction with other programs as needed.   Compensation $93k-100k (based on years of experience)

Under direct supervision, provides instruction within a social skills group; collaborates with the Social Skills Lead in trial exposures; and monitors progress of participants. Contributes to regular lesson planning; writes session notes; and provides training to caregivers and Behavior Interventionists. Analyzes and adjusts treatment plans; generates goals designed to improve social deficits and teach self-regulation of problem behavior. Maintains productivity as set forth by the agency.   Salary starting at $68,640 per year.
