Our Behavior Interventionists provide in home, ABA based therapy sessions to families and children on the autism spectrum. OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Responsible for leading the development of data integration solutions, data modeling, and ETL processes. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of data in the data warehouse, as well as providing technical guidance and support to other members of the team.
Starting Salary Range: $84k - 104k / year
Under general direction, delivers scheduling services to participants receiving autism services and to behavior interventionists providing services. Serves as a primary point-of-contact for scheduling matters related to assigned region, and maintains accurate participant and interventionist information in databases for scheduling treatment and billing of autism services.
This job is remote but requires you to live within the Southern California area as this position may require return to office in the future.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The Workday HRIS Technical Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of the Workday HCM platform. This individual works closely with HR, IT, and other business units to ensure the system aligns with organizational needs and maximizes its functionality. This analyst will manage system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Starting Salary Range: $74k - $92k
Under general supervision, provides behavioral interventions to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder and/or other related disabilities through planned interventions; these may include discrete trials, antecedent and consequence modifications, and planned and intermittent reinforcement. Teaches both diagnosed individuals as well as their caregivers strategies to increase skills and decrease behavior excesses.
