Must have current ARF certification plus 2 years experience working within a residential setting.
Oversees operation of 24 hour Residential Facility (s) through planning, organizing and directing all aspects of residential services including supervision of residents. Ensures proper delivery of person-centered, age-appropriate services to residents as well as compliance with residential program design. Will support two locations; La Habra and Tustin.

Provides specialized behavior intervention services and program supervision to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other related disabilities. Works closely with the BCBA and Behavior Interventionists to provide intervention, conduct assessments, write progress reports and develop programs for assigned cases.

Under general supervision, coordinates and implements or facilitates family development, community development, parent involvement, staff development for Early Head Start and Head Start Services. Provides comprehensive services to strengthen and support family relationships, and provides links to community resources. Integrates all program service areas into family and community engagement. May provide training and mentorship to Family Support Worker staff.
Under the direction of the Center Director, supports the daily operations of the early childhood education center. Ensures a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children by supporting staff, implementing curriculum, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Starting Pay Range: $27.40 - $32.93/hr
