Under supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Assoc. Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, or Director of Severe Behavior Services), provides specialized behavior intervention services to individuals with severe challenging behaviors diagnosed with autism, developmental delays, developmental disabilities and/or diagnosis; supervises direct reports, and provides program management for assigned region/team in coordination with the BCBA. Ensures high quality services for participants and that all treatment provided follows protocols established and approved by ESSC. Supports both, center and home-based services and operations.

This position is responsible for day-to-day activities that support the Chula Vista Adult Day Program.  This position assists with the coordination of the intake process and assessments, as well as the planning, scheduling and coordination of activities.  In addition, this position monitors and coordinates required trainings and will substitute for direct service associates as is needed. Under close supervision, assists in facilitating staff, family, community and parent activities. Assists in the integration of all Department of Education, Head Start and Early Head Start service areas into community development.   Starting Pay Rate: $20 - 24/hr

Assist Early Childhood Educators with children in a developmental classroom for children. Act as a caregiver for assigned children.   Starting Pay Rate: $20/hr

Must have current ARF certification plus 2 years experience working within a residential setting.  Oversees operation of 24 hour Residential Facility (s) through planning, organizing and directing all aspects of residential services including supervision of residents. Ensures proper delivery of person-centered, age-appropriate services to residents as well as compliance with residential program design.  Will support two locations; La Habra and Tustin.
