Overview

Responsible for driving the development and execution of enterprise-wide change initiatives designing change management frameworks, and fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience, across the organization. Ensures that our business/organizational transformation initiatives achieve their objectives by increasing adoption, minimizing resistance, aligning with business objectives engaging with stakeholders and fostering a culture of change readiness. Works out of the “Leading Change” center of expertise (CoE) and develop methodologies, tools, and processes to support enterprise-wide change efforts.

 

Starting Salary: $92k/yr

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Change Strategy Planning and Execution:
    • Partners with the VP to Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for organizational initiatives and programs.
    • Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to align change initiatives with business goals.
    • Identifies and assess change impacts on our employees, processes, and systems, and readiness to identify potential risks, resistance, and key success factors.
    • Creates tailored change plans addressing communication, training, stakeholder management, and resistance mitigation.
    • Utilizes data and feedback mechanisms to monitor change progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Change Framework and Tools:
    • Implements and continuously refine a change management framework, toolkit, and best practices tailored
      to our organization’s vision & impact map.
    • Provides training and education on change management methodologies for leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
    • Creates change management plans for projects or change initiatives acknowledging all aspects of change – impact analysis, plan, implementation, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactic and processes, communication and other associated change considerations.
    • Establishes standards and metrics for measuring change adoption, engagement, and success.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partners with service line leaders, and project sponsors to embed change management principles into business initiatives.
    • Serves as a trusted subject matter expert to leadership and key stakeholders, providing insights, and recommendations on change-related challenges.
    • Develops stakeholder engagement and communication plans to drive alignment, commitment, and transparency. Collaborates closely with our project Managers, leadership dev program managers and talent dev managers to integrate change management activities into the existing project plans. Builds strong relationships across the organization to champion and advocate for change.
  • Team Leadership and Capability Building:
    • Facilitates workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs for teams to develop change leadership
      skills.
    • Fosters collaborative, results-oriented culture focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
    • Defines KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
    • Collects feedback, identifies lessons learned, and refines processes to continuously improve change outcomes.
    • Leverages data and analytics to assess adoption rates, identify resistance areas, and guide decisionmaking.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prosci® Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process)
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Ability to assess organizational readiness and develop targeted strategies to foster adoption.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influential skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Data -driven mindset with experience in measuring change outcomes and ROI.
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and familiarity with tools such as Relias, Workday, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
