Overview

Under general supervision, oversees the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Assessments case assignment and report-submission processes with ESSC Associates and assessors to ensure compliance with DMHC and referral source regulations regarding assessment timelines. Reviews and oversees reviewing of the ABA Assessment reports and submits finalized reports to referral source. Assists with submission of ABA Ax reports (e.g., on-time and late). May supervise other administrative staff in performing these and other ABA Assessment-related duties. Apply Today! Starting Pay 25-28

Responsibilities

  1. Processes ABA Assessment case assignments and report submissions to funding Documents relevant communication from assessors (e.g., dates, delays, cancellations) in appropriate electronic medium.
  2. Communicates with parents, ESSC associates, and funding source to assist with the resolution of issues such as staffing status, missing authorizations, requests for staff changes and any miscellaneous issues that may arise during assessment processes
  3. Provides direct support for Administrative Assistant associates as needed in their Provides ongoing training as needed.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires 2-5 years professional administrative experience and a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
