The Behavior Consultant will be the specialist providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities, complex needs, and comorbidity using a consultative model in supporting them in residential and other settings. The Behavior Consultant will be under the direct supervision of the Director of Consultation Services and serve as the primary contact for anything related to the assigned clients’ behavioral needs, including creating, delivering, and maintaining treatment plan designs, interventions, documentation, and staff/ parent trainings.
Starting pay ranges from $78,000/yr to $88,000/yr

Education:
Minimum:
Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
Must possess and maintain a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Must possess and maintain a current CPR certification.
Bilingual a plus.
