Instructs program participants to facilitate learning and skill development of specific job duties. Gradually decreases direct assistance so participant can work independently
Assists participant in developing natural supports in and out of the work place so participant can function independently
Ensures the communication and documentation of daily case notes
Assists in the development of job sites, coordinating public relations, and community interaction
Develops and implements specific task analysis for work related skills as needed
Assists in the assessment process, the development implementation, and documentation of the Individual Habilitation Component (IHC)
Ensures effective working relationships with participants, their family members, referral agencies, community resources, Easter Seals staff members, and employers
Ability to communicate effectively, through oral and written skills, with all levels of staff and the general public
Ability to obtain fingerprint/abuse index clearance from Community Care Licensing, if program requires.
Valid CPR and First Aid Certifications Pereferred.
Ability to pass post-offer medical examination.
Ability to travel locally, reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver’s license, proper auto insurance, and vehicle registration
