  • Overview

    A Senior Information Technology Analyst works in the Information Technology Department conducting business analysis of current processes and business requirements for system selection, process improvement, system implementation, and support of the application administrators within the business units.  A Senior Information Technology Analyst will have duties and projects assigned within the Information Technology Department to meet the needs of the organization.


    • Analyze and document business processes and information technology requirements to collaborate with business and service lines on delivering business requirements, system selection guidance, process improvements, screen design, testing design and execution, policies, training design and delivery, Live activations, and support.
    • Manage the timeline, budget, scope, quality, risks, and communications of assigned information technology projects.
    • Maintain current industry and application knowledge to identify, propose, and collaborate on information technology solutions utilizing best practices based on research and involvement with industry groups and vendors.
    • Contribute to the creation of and reporting on metrics.
    • Other tasks assigned that utilizes the associate’s skills and abilities to meet the needs of the organization.
    • Adhere to and contribute to the creation of information technology policies and procedures



    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • A minimum of eight years of experience working in an Information Technology environment in the positions of applications consultant, business analyst, project management, or related roles
    • Organized, detailed, collaborative, and customer oriented to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Great analytical and deductive reasoning skills to identify information technology opportunities, offer multiple solutions, and resolve conflict
    • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; SharePoint, Project, and Visio are preferred
    • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, vehicle registration, and clean driving record to travel to locations in compliance with Transportation Safety Standards, as needed
    • Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance
