OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Strategic leader responsible for developing and managing Easterseals’ compensation programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent. Oversees the design, implementation, and administration of equitable and competitive pay structures across the organization. Leads a team of analysts and partners with HR, Finance, and department leaders to ensure compensation practices align with organizational goals, comply with legal standards, and foster a culture of transparency and fairness.
Starting Salary Range: $120k - $150k / yr.
